Change of Judge

Following the death of Mrs B Moen (Norway), the indisposition of Ms L Herd and the ill health of Mr R Britton the following changes to the published schedule are announced: -

  • Japanese Chin will now be judged by Mrs E Willis
  • Boxer will now be judged by Mrs B Murray
  • Finnish Lapphund will now be judged by Mrs J Weetch
  • German Spitz (Klein) and German Spitz (Mittel) will now be judged by Mrs P Allison
  • Schipperke will now be judged by Mrs J Peak
  • Staffordshire Bull Terrier will now be judged by Mrs M Coble

Entry fees and charges

  • There are no car parking or admission charges at this show
  • Only undocked and legally docked dogs may be entered for exhibition at this show
  • 1st entry per exhibit for breeds with CCs, Veteran and Champion Stakes (up to 19 July) £25
  • 1st entry per exhibit for breeds with CCs, Veteran and Champion Stakes (after 19 July) £27
  • 1st entry per exhibit for breeds without CCs, AVNSC, Import Register and Not For Competition (up to 19 July) £14
  • 1st entry per exhibit for breeds without CCs, AVNSC, Import Register and Not For Competition (after 19 July) £16
  • Each subsequent entry with same exhibit £4
  • Group catalogue (PREPAID ONLY) £5
  • Day Catalogue (PREPAID ONLY) £6
  • Prepaid caravans/motorhomes/tents etc (£60 if paid on arrival subject to availability) £50

Exhibitors are reminded that once entries have been accepted the fees paid are non-refundable and requests for refunds will only be considered if they if submitted in writing, together with a supporting medical or veterinary certificate, to the Secretary prior to the show.

Information for exhibitors

  • Exhibitors who entered on line will receive an email sent to the address associated with their dog.biz account advising when their passes are available for download and printing
  • Exhibitors who entered by post should expect to receive their passes by first class post no later than 5 days prior to the show (i.e.by 5th September 2010)
  • Exhibitors who have queries regarding their entries should contact Higham Press by phone on 01773 832 390, by fax on 01773 520 794 or by e-mail at
  • Exhibitors who entered online should keep a record of the entry form reference number, dog.biz reference number and the payment reference number received with the conformation e-mail message sent to the e-mail address associated with their dog.biz account.
  • Exhibitors who have changed their e-mail address and not updated their dog.biz account details should do so immediately and contact Higham Press with a request to confirm receipt of entries made prior to notifying a change of e-mail address.
  • Exhibitors who entered online should ensure that their e-mail systems are not treating e-mail messages received from dog.biz as "junk mail".
